RICS School of Built Environment, Amity University

RICS School of Built Environment, Amity University, also known as RICS SBE, (a joint venture between RICS India Private Limited and Amity University), was established in Noida in 2013. An industry-led academic institution, it claims to be India’s first and only School of Built Environment which offers specialised undergraduate and postgraduate programmes like BBA, MBA, PGD, and PhD to aspirants willing to work in the Real Estate, Construction and Infrastructure sectors. It also serves as a research and development hub for technical expertise in built environment. The infrastructure at RICS School of Built Environment includes AC classrooms, new-age teaching tools, computer labs, central library, hostel facilities for girls and boys, cafeteria, departmental store and bookshop, among others.
