Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti Urdu, Arabi-Farsi University Lucknow

Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti Language University (KMCU), formerly known as Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti Urdu, Arabi-Farsi University was established in 2010. It is a state-government university approved by the UGC and the AICTE. The University started its first academic session in August 2013. The University offer UG, PG, diploma, and PG diploma courses, such as BTech, BA, BBA, MA, MCA, MCom, etc. The courses are majorly in the fields of Humanities, Engineering, Teaching & Education, Management, IT, Design, Mass Communication, and Accounting & Commerce. Foreign/NRI students are also granted admission in any subject of their choice. KMCU also offers extended lectures in different languages like Urdu, Arabic, Persian, Hindi, English, History and Economics. Built across 28 acre of land the University has all the basic amenities. In order to provide practical knowledge to its students, the University also has various labs like Geography lab, Home Science lab and Journalism & Mass Communication lab for students and a separate SPSS lab for research scholars. Along with this, it also has language labs wherein students are given an opportunity to groom their skills of language proficiency.
